BRIAN McCARTHY

My love for the agricultural field began in High School where I assisted in developing the horticulture club and classes. I attended Stockbridge School of Agriculture in 1977 & 1978 majoring in Landscape Operations, Plant & Soil sciences.

After school I started my own landscape business that I enjoyed for 7 years before entering the field of Golf Course Management. This is where my focus had been for 17 years. As an Assistant Superintendent, I was fully aware of providing quality products and services to please many different ideas and views on things.

Twelve years ago my wife, our daughter and myself entered the horse world. We have gone from boarding our own horse to building two barns, a riding ring, three paddocks, taking on boarders and all the maintenance required to keep a quality barn running. I am now looking to combine my background in Landscape Maintenance, Golf Course and Barn Management into a successful family business.
